So this morning is a weight day…

Bench Press (Free Weights) 4×5 – 175lbs
Standing DB Curls 4×5 – 40lbs
Triceps Push downs (rope) – 1×5 – 90lbs / 3×5 – 75lbs
Machine Seated Rows – 1×5 – 150lbs / 3×5 190lbs
DB lateral Raises – 4×5 – 20lbs
Machine Flys – 4×5 – 140lbs
Lat. Pull downs – 4×5 – 150lbs

Steam Room – 12 minutes

I didn’t have headphones for my I-Pod, so I substituted 15 minutes of cardio for extra chest and back.  I’m going to start moving to a 2 round rotation on weight days.  1st run with free weights, and 2nd with machines.  Hitting all the major upper body groups.  (Chest, Back, Arms, Shoulders)

It’s weird, I’ve had a hard time getting up the last couple days.  Not sure what the deal is.  I’m still making it.  I’m still doing the dew, but instead of waking up in the morning excited about the gym… I wake up thinking, “Damn it I’m awake“.

I haven’t eaten anything so far today, except a 5hour energy.  Feel heavy this morning.  Not really hungry either.  More Spicy Mac and Cheese, + 2 Oranges today.  I’ve got an “Odwalla: Strawberry C”, to drink this morning as well.

Motivation, need some…. or maybe some cocaine.  I’ll go with motivation first…
